First-Time Gateway Login and Account Access

1\. Submit your application

After you apply, approvals typically take 48–72 hours. Fill out the application here.

2\. Watch for your welcome email

Once approved, you will receive a welcome email from MerchantSuccess@EasyPayDirect.com.

The email includes:

• Your username
• A setup link to create your password

3\. Create your password

Click the link in the email and set a secure password (you will enter it twice to confirm). After that, you will be logged into the Easy Pay Direct Gateway for the first time.

4\. Save your login securely

Store your password somewhere safe. A password manager like LastPass can help.

If you did not receive the welcome email

Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders and search for MerchantSuccess@EasyPayDirect.com.

If you still cannot find it, contact support:

Logging Into the Easy Pay Direct Gateway

Use the Gateway login page to access your account.

1. Go to the login page
2. Enter the username from your welcome email (Missing your welcome email? See Welcome Email Troubleshooting.)
3. Enter the password you created when you set up your account

These steps apply if you have already completed your first-time setup and logged in before.

How to Reset Your Gateway Password

Easy Pay Direct can reset your gateway password for you.

The most secure option is for us to send a password reset email to the account holder.

To request a reset:

• Contact your dedicated Merchant Success Executive (call, text, or email), or
• Email merchantsuccess@easypaydirect.co, or
• Call 1-800-805-4949

Welcome Email Troubleshooting

Most often, the welcome email is filtered into Spam/Junk (especially with Gmail, Hotmail/Outlook, and Yahoo).

1. Check Spam/Junk/Promotions
2. Search your inbox for MerchantSuccess@EasyPayDirect.com or “Easy Pay Direct”
3. Add MerchantSuccess@EasyPayDirect.com to your safe sender list so future emails arrive normally
